What is the legal basis for processing personal data?

Personal data shall be collected and processed in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, to the extent applicable, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), known as GDPR.

For what purposes do we process your data?

Google Ads

The website operator uses Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising programme of Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Data transmission upon conclusion of contract for online shops and dispatch of goods

If you order goods from us, we will pass on your personal data to the transport company entrusted with the delivery and to the payment service provider commissioned to process the payment. Only the data required by the respective service provider to fulfil its task will be disclosed.

Encrypted payment transactions on this website

If there is an obligation to provide us with your payment data (e.g. account number for direct debit authorisation) after the conclusion of a chargeable contract, this data is required for payment processing.
