Returns policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a remote contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. In some cases your right to withdraw from a remote contract can be extended – to learn more about this read our Terms & Conditions.

The period for withdrawal from the contract begins from the taking of possession of the goods by you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, e.g. by e-mail sent to: [email protected]. It is sufficient that you send us the statement before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Send the returned goods to us immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day you have withdrawn from the contract.

We will return the payments made by you immediately in accordance with the rules indicated in the Terms and Conditions of the store, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return – whichever event occurs first.

The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply in the cases indicated in the Regulations. All detailed information about your rights can be found in this document.

Complaints & Warranty

If you are a consumer, you have certain rights in case the goods sold do not conform to the contract.

If the goods do not conform to the contract, you have the right to make a complaint – for example, to the e-mail address [email protected]

We are liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years from that time.

You can demand:

  • exchange of goods,
  • repairs to goods.

In some cases, you can make a statement about:

  • withdrawal from the contract,
  • price reduction.
